ARC policies

Terms of use

The rules for using the ARC public website and email contact, and private Team Space, Calendar, and Google Tasks features when they are configured and available to authorized members.

Last updated 14 October 2026

Operator and scope

LVDW Management Services FZCO, based in United Arab Emirates at Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Building A1, United Arab Emirates, operates Applied Revenue Consulting (ARC). Tax Registration Number (TRN): 105323856200003.

These terms cover the active public website and its email contact link. They also cover conditional recruitment and private Team Space, Calendar, and separate Google Tasks features when the corresponding feature is configured and available and ARC has authorized the user. ARC does not send application or other transactional email automatically. Hermon functionality and customer-data migration are not part of these public visitor flows.

Public information and email contact

Public site material is general information about ARC, its work, jobs, and team. Selecting the contact link opens the visitor's email application with levivdwaarden@gmail.com as the recipient. The visitor controls whether a message is sent and what it contains.

An email exchange does not by itself create a commercial engagement, confirm a role, or promise a result. Any engagement requires its own confirmed scope and arrangement.

Only a reviewed role that ARC explicitly publishes and keeps open can accept an application. Example role pages remain closed and do not accept applications or personal information. An open listing is information about an opportunity, not an employment offer, promise of an interview, or guarantee of engagement. When an open role accepts applications, the flow can collect contact details, questionnaire answers, and an external HTTPS video link for recruitment review. Direct production file uploads are not available.

Authorized access

Team Space is a private working environment. If sign-in is configured and available, use your own verified Google identity. Do not share a session, impersonate another person, attempt to use another member's calendar connection, or bypass an organization or module restriction.

A successful Google or Memberstack sign-in does not by itself grant access. ARC checks current access for protected requests and can deny the next request when an access grant is missing, disabled, revoked, or cannot be verified.

Acceptable use

Use ARC only for legitimate authorized work. You must not:

  • probe, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to ARC or a connected provider;
  • upload or enter unlawful, malicious, misleading, or third-party confidential material without authority;
  • use another organization, member, calendar, or meeting data outside your assigned work; or
  • copy credentials, provider codes, session tokens, or protected ARC information into an unauthorized system.

Calendar connections and meetings

For accounts that require onboarding, ARC requires a confirmed Calendar connection and saved availability before the member can complete onboarding and enter the private workspace. The member chooses the Google account and calendars and can cancel or revoke authorization through Google. Calendar availability and scheduling require a working connection and permission; revocation can prevent unfinished onboarding from being completed and make Calendar features unavailable. It does not reset onboarding that is already complete.

Before requesting a meeting, review the participants, time, title, description, location, and destination calendar. ARC may send those details through Nylas to Google Calendar and may ask Google Calendar to notify the participants. Do not add a person or disclose meeting content unless you are authorized to do so.

Before changing or deleting an imported appointment, review its calendar, time, the scope of the change and the notification choice. ARC changes only the selected supported event or individual occurrence, not an entire recurring series. Google controls the actual write permissions. ARC checks for changes before sending an update but cannot guarantee that an edit in another app will not occur at the same time. Deleting an appointment cannot be undone in ARC. If the outcome is uncertain, use the outcome check and review Google Calendar before making another request; ARC does not automatically repeat the change.

Provider status, availability, and event creation can be delayed or unavailable. ARC records the operation so it can confirm uncertain results and avoid duplicate events; do not repeatedly submit a meeting when ARC reports an uncertain outcome.

Google Tasks

Google Tasks is optional and separate from Google Calendar. When configured and separately authorized, ARC can read the member's task lists, display tasks in a selected list, and create, edit, complete, reopen or delete supported tasks in that list. Due dates have no scheduled time. Assigned tasks cannot be changed through ARC, and a task cannot be completed, reopened or deleted through this interface while it still has subtasks. ARC does not manage recurring task series, list changes, task moves or bulk operations.

Before requesting a task action, review the selected Google account and list, task, title, notes, due date, completion status and deletion confirmation as applicable. Changes are sent to Google Tasks. ARC checks the current task before writing, but another app can still change it at the same time. ARC records action metadata to prevent automatic duplicate requests and check uncertain results. An uncertain creation without a confirmed task identity, or an uncertain deletion, may require manual review; refreshing or checking an outcome does not repeat the change.

A member can revoke the Tasks permission through Google. ARC will require authorization again when Google reports that access is no longer valid. ARC does not currently provide a separate self-service Google Tasks disconnect or local record-deletion action.

Third-party services

Vercel hosts the public website, and Google/Gmail receives email sent to ARC's published address. Memberstack, Google, Nylas, and Neon support conditional recruitment or private team, Calendar, and Google Tasks features when configured and used. These are separate services; their own terms and privacy commitments apply to their processing and availability. ARC does not control a provider outage, account restriction, consent screen, or external-service change.

ARC materials

ARC names, designs, copy, software, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership or authorize republication of protected material.

Service availability and changes

ARC may change, pause, or restrict a feature to protect accounts, data, providers, or service integrity. No service-level or support-response commitment is created by these terms. Public hosting does not prove that private sign-in, database, Calendar, Google Tasks, or another provider-dependent feature is configured or available.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and authority of information you send or enter and for reviewing a calendar action before requesting it. Report suspected unauthorized access to levivdwaarden@gmail.com, and revoke the relevant Google authorization if a connected account should no longer be used.
